CIGRE Russia invites to take part in the surveys launched in preparation for the International Forum «Power Grids»

23-25 December 2020 will take place The "Power Grids" International Forum (PGIF). It held by the PJSC Rosseti since 2018 is a large-scale event in the electric power industry, which has become a platform for discussing and solving priority tasks related to the digital transformation of the electric grid complex.

During the event on the 23^rd of December is scheduled the Round Table on the following topic: “Personnel for the Industry 4.0” – new competences and forms of employment”. The main questions for discussion concern the talent management in the industry (retention, development, etc), the best practices and training programs for personnel, and changes in the established conservative learning system.

The participants: representatives of the Ministry of Energy, senior management of the leading industry companies and technical universities (PJSC Rosseti, Skolkovo, PJSC Enel Russia, Siemens Energy B.V., Deloitte, etc).

In the framework of the preparation of the Round Table we consider to study the international audience opinion on the above-mentioned subjects, so 2 surveys have been launched:

• Best talent management practices
• What competencies should be required for personnel in digital reality

We would appreciate if you could support this initiative and share your opinion. The results would be presented during the Round Table, sent to all participants and placed on the RNC CIGRE site.

For reference: In 2018 a total of 330 experts of the industry, 15.000 participants, 49 corporate partners and over 130 mass media representatives were involved in the PGIF business events. A total of 402 exhibits from 27 world countries – makers of high tech equipment, home and foreign developers, innovation companies and startups – took part in the exposition.
